SEMI-PERMANENT LIP BLUSH
What is Semi-Permanent Lip Blush?
Semi-Permanent Lip Blush is a professional cosmetic procedure that uses a machine similar to a tattoo gun to implant colour pigment into the epidermis of the lips. This treatment results in fuller and more defined looking lips. Restores and defines your natural lip shape, and corrects asymmetry. Most importantly, it will not smudge, saving you time and money.

We offer a variety of blushing techniques including sheer lips, ombre and reverse ombre, lip liner and full lipstick application.

How long does permanent lip blush last?
Around 2-3 years before it starts to fade. We recommend a top-up every 2-3 years to keep the colour looking fresh. That being said, some clients go much longer and do not feel the need to come back as regularly as that.

How do I choose a colour?
We offer a range of colours by Permablend, Tina Davies and Ever After pigments. These pigments can also be mixed to achieve even more tones. We can recommend a colour based on your skin tone, or you can bring in your favourite lipstick and we can match it.

Does it hurt?
More sensitive areas, such as the lip line can be slightly uncomfortable. Numbing agents can be applied throughout the procedure to ensure your comfort.

What can I expect during the healing process?

The healing period lasts around 7-10 days. Swelling is normal and lasts for a couple of days. Some scabbing will appear after that. Also, the colour will look too intense, but 50% of it will fade during the first week. It takes a little bit longer for the colour to settle. During this period, you should religiously follow the aftercare instructions given to you. This will avoid any discomfort during healing and achieve maximum pigment retention.
